The vineyards of the Elandskloof Mountains are located 80-kilometres inland from Bouchard Finlayson. The perfect complement to our two wooded Chardonnays, this unoaked expression illustrates the diversity and versatility of this noble Burgundian cultivar. Fermented in stainless steel, with a short maturation on the lees, the Sans Barrique Chardonnay is vibrant in the glass, brimming with minerality, freshness and vitality. An ideal pairing with seafood, sushi and summer salads.
