We also have carefully selected a few recipe books specific for their inviting and delicious recipes: 'Sumptuous' by Marlene Van der Westhuizen and 'Rooibos', with over 100 recipes from 14 of our renowned chefs using our natural plant Rooibos in their fine dishes.

A Life in Food
Bea Tollman - R315
Beatrice Tollman, President and founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, has launched ‘A life in Food’ which is a celebration of recipes that have either been passed down in the family or discovered while travelling, and all have been perfected from her own personal experience and expertise in the kitchen.
All proceeds go to two charities for children with cancer.
